Saline is simply a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 cup of distilled water that you can make at home. It moisturizes and soothes your nose and throat, making it easier to breathe.
You can use saline solution as often as needed to manage symptoms from colds, allergies, or nasal congestion.

- Drain any leftover solution, then add a small amount (2-5 ml) of water and close the lid. Gently shake to remove any remaining residue. Repeat 1-2 times if needed.
- Pour a small amount (2-5 ml) of hot water (around 30°C) into the medicine bottle and close the cover.
- Hold down the power button to activate cleaning mode. Let the device run for 1-2 minutes to remove residue from the mesh holes. (The device may clog and stop producing mist if the residue isn't cleaned off.)
- Rinse the medicine bottle and cap with water, and gently wipe them with a clean cloth, including the front nozzle. You can use a tissue or cotton swab to reach the mesh. Allow all parts to fully dry in a clean environment.
- Rinse the masks and mouthpiece under warm or hot water to clean off any remaining residue.
